Viet Nam Agarwood Conference Visa Request Information

Dear participants,

It is time to begin visa formalities for conference delegates. Visa authorizations are a little complicated, can take considerable time and are unfortunately somewhat costly. (Between 50 and 80 USD). The conference organizers obviously cannot change official Viet Nam Government policy but we are confident you will receive your visa authorization in time when you follow our instructions to the letter.

 An emergency visa procedure can be arranged for those who will decide to join the conference at a later date, but it is much preferred you would get a conference visa as soon as possible as explained below. Visa costs are to be paid at the Viet Nam Embassy or Consulate where you intend to request your visa.

Please be informed we can only initiate visa authorization procedures after payment of conference fees have been received.

 All participants are requested to send us detailed passport information by e-mail or fax as soon as possible. Visa authorization will be processed after receiving the required information, as per instruction of Immigration Authorities of Viet Nam:
